How To Get Sponsored!
To get sponsored by UPP, or any other company, you must submit a resume to the company and sell yourself. We get many resumes a year and can only sponsor select riders who we feel will be a good investment for UPP. Here is what we, and many other companies are looking for. | | | | - Description about yourself. General background of riding and some general personal items as well. Not too long, just enough for us to get to know you a little more.
- Last years race results. This should include track location and name, and how many entered your class.
- Races you are planning on attending next year and your main goals.
- What can you do for UPP? This would include items like, loyally representing our company with integrity, clean language and a good attitude. We want people to come up and ask you about UPP. Also, how you would promote UPP in your racing and what extra steps would you take to go beyond what is asked of you.
- Pictures. We want a few action pictures, and also a headshot. This way you will probably make it on the web as well.
- What you do to prepare and train for racing and some physical descriptions of you and your training.
- All your contact information.
